Systems integration is one of our strongest areas of expertise, and is the driver of our product development. We are especially fond of retrofitting systems, and providing guidance on when a system should be replaced or modified, or determining whether a portion of a system should be reused or repurposed. By applying OR principles, we are able to discern the most efficient options for operating your business, and THEN determine how the retrofit should proceed. We can even manage the architectural construction aspects of the retrofit project if need be, as we have done so in the past. |
